Having grown up around family businesses, Jordan takes a savvy financial approach to business and as founder and CEO of Melksham-based GripIt Fixings, runs a £20m business that exports to over 34 countries worldwide.

Being on the receiving end of some invaluable guidance from a selection of incredibly talented and passionate business people during his career to date, which has helped him get to where he is today. Wanting to give something back to the next generation of young entrepreneurs and hopes to motivate aspiring business owners.
